Creative Manager (Remote)

Hello! We are CREOS Play, Europe’s #1 team for producing advertising video creatives! We provide a full production cycle for video advertisements: from concept creation and developing technical specifications to delivering the final materials to our clients.
Our partners include some of the world’s most renowned brands: Playrix, Nexters, My.com, Game Insight, Creative Mobile, Kaspersky, and more.
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Creative Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate hypotheses and develop creative concepts for commercials.
  • Interact with the client and work on project development.
  • Coordinate concepts with the producer and the client, work with edits.
  • Formalize the agreed concepts in the Technical Assignment for designers.
  • Control and monitoring of the project implementation process. Work with statistics, analysis of creative performance data.
  • Participate in planning meetings, brainstorms and creative reviews.

Requirements:

  • Ability to write briefly and concisely - clarity of concepts is important to us, so we pay special attention to the wording.
  • Creativity and speed of work.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work according to the rules.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics.
  • Knowledge of English (not lower than B1).

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Experience in creative projects involving production at various stages: from idea to implementation.
  • Communication skills: setting and correctly communicating tasks/comments/edits to designers/customers.
  • You play and understand mobile games.
  • You have an understanding of the basics of video design.
  • Experience working on platforms: Asana, Miro, Google docs, Jira, spy services.
  • Portfolio (if you have one in the gaming industry, please list it first).

  • Fully remote work, 5/2 schedule (from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time with an hour for lunch).
